INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTATIONS

4th International Conference and Exhibition on Design and Production of Machines and Dies/Molds
June 21-24, 2007, Altın Yunus Hotel Çeşme, Turkey

Dear Chairmen and Authors:

1- Conference is organized in three parallel sessions for the presentations of the printed papers in the Proceedings and a fourth session for presentations from industries and unpublished presentations.

2- Chairmen and authors are requested to be present in the rooms just before the sessions start.

3- Authors are requested to submit a short CV to the Chairmen for their introduction.

4- In every conference room, there will be a computer and a digital projector. WINDOWSMS Office software including PowerPoint and Media Player will be installed. If you need any special program please bring it, so that it can be installed.

5- There will be a session attendant in every room to help with the presentations.

6- Presentations should be planned for approximately 20-25 minutes allowing discussion time, so that the total time per paper should not exceed 30 minutes.

7- Conference Program is provided for your information. It will also be available in the Conference bag, together with the Conference Proceedings and the CD.
