TO SEND ABSTRACT:
If you want to participate at the conference as an
Author you must first submit your Abstract for review.
The Abstract should be prepared in word format not
exceeding 120 words. It should contain a title ( Arial
12), authors (with affiliations) (Arial 9), text of
abstract (Arial 11)and three keywords (Arial 11). A
sample
is provided.

After your email is verified, you will use your email address and
password to login to our registration system from AUTHOR LOGIN
TO SUBMIT PAPER:To submit a paper first
Authors must register from the below form. After
registration, they must send an Abstract for review and
after the approval of the abstract the Authors can
submit their paper from "AUTHOR
LOGIN".
Please make sure
that it is written in good English and is spell-checked.
Please use the
sample paper (Instructions to Authors) in
the website as a template and the
keyword list. Please upload your
paper in Pdf and word format to our website before
February 6, 2007 from Authors Area,
and mail a printed copy to below address. You
can follow the comments of the reviewers during the
progress of Abstract and Paper evaluation from Authors
