Authors:
If you want to participate at the conference as an
Author you must first submit your Abstract for review.
The Abstract should be prepared in word format not
exceeding 120 words. It should contain a title ( Arial
12), authors (with affiliations) (Arial 9), text of
abstract (Arial 11)and three keywords (Arial 11). A
sample
is provided. Please click the button below to
start your Abstract Submission Process. You will be
notified if your Abstract is approved by December 6,
2006.You will receive the registration and upload
details of your paper after your abstract is approved.
Papers are only published in the proceedings if the
authors are registered.
Registration fee for authors will cover the technical
sessions, conference proceedings, welcome Cocktail,
lunches, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.

Participants:
If you want to participate at the conference, you have
to make have to register as a participant. Participant
registration will start in October 2006. The Participant
registration will be announced in the website. If you

Companions:
Companions cannot register alone, Authors and
Participants can bring Companions and their registration
is made under author/participant registration.
Companions cannot attend to the conference meetings.
They will attend the social programs.
Registration fee for companions will cover welcome
cocktail, lunches, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.
Cesme tour on the first day is also included.

Exhibitors:
There will be an Exhibition during the Conference.
Exhibitors will be able to rent an Exhibition Area which
will suit their needs. After Exhibitor registration is
opened in October 2006, the exhibition places will be
announced. There will be a first come first served based
registration available for the Exhibition Places.
Exhibition fee for exhibitors will cover, coffee breaks,
lunches, conference dinner for two persons and one
conference bag including conference proceeding.
For exhibitors, tables, chairs, electricity and wireless
internet is available.
Exhibition fee is 850€ per 4m2.
